Local Offline Image Generation

Local offline image generation skill. Supports text-to-image, basic shape drawing (points, lines, circles), color fills, simple compositing, and rule-driven smart drawing from Chinese/English descriptions. Only depends on Pillow, outputs PNG/JPEG.
